One-off session

includes:

  • 90 min consultation via phone line, Skype or what’s app video or voice call, (in person- also possible)
  • a general assessment of your health and lifestyle habits,
  • identifying your health goals and creating a plan of action,
  • tips for your digestive health, improved sleep, more energy, managing stress and increased mindfulness.

This session is designed to talk about your health concerns, to be able to help you identify your health goals and assist you to make a plan to achieve them so you can feel healthier and happier.

Signature Program: Ditch Dieting for Good

includes:

  • 1:1 program via phone call or Zoom
  • 8 bi-weekly 50 min sessions
  • Bonus: free access to yoga classes on Zoom twice a week for the duration of the program (value min 960 zł/255 USD)

Full Coaching Program

includes:

  • 12×60 min consultation via phone line, Skype or what’s app video or voice call, (in person also possible)
  • a general assessment of your health and lifestyle habits,
  • identifying your health goals and creating a plan of action,
  • support, guidance and motivation  to achieve the goals,
  • improvement of your digestive health,
  • healthy recipes and tips,
  • increased energy and clearer brain,
  • helping to create a suitable physical movement routine,
  • understanding and getting rid of cravings,
  • better sleep,
  • dealing with stress,
  • improved personal relationships,
  • introduction to new foods,
  • self-care tips,
  • mindfulness tools,
  • analyses of food journaling,
  • support via e mails and messages between the sessions. 

In the full Coaching Program we will identify goals for your health, make an action plan and we will work together to achieve them. I will be supporting, guiding and motivating you throughout the whole process.  The body needs 6 months to learn new habits and to accept the changes, so they become sustainable.

We will work together on the physical level, but also we will dive in deeper into the subconscious belief system limitations to make sure the improvement is lasting.
