We will work in balancing 3 areas:

  1. Freeing yourself from restricting diets –  we will start by making sure that your body is getting a well balanced nourishing diet with plenty of green leafy veggies, whole grains, healthy fats and proteins
  2. Freeing yourself from cravings  – in this stage we will be dealing with any signs of possible inflammation that can make weight loss more difficult and digestive issues (identifying triggers and adding specific foods and herbs)
  3. Freeing yourself from yo-yo effect –  we will address adequate movement, stress management, sleep quality and  self-care to balance everything together

so you can achieve the effect you have been looking for, that unwanted weight will start to fall off and you will just feel completely energised, totally nourished, confident about your body and just fabulous.
