I am a Corporate Wellness Specialist.

As a Mindfulness&Mental Resilience Coach and a Certified Manasa Yoga Teacher, I empower people to reach their highest potential in physical & mental well-being.

Stress Resilience Masterclass

As an integrative part of Corporate Wellness I offer a Stress Resilience Program that gives support to employees in coping with stress.

During the Program they are introduced to different mindfulness tools, techniques and tips to control and regulate the detrimental effects excess stress can have on the body and mind.

The Stress Resilience Program includes:

  • Workshops
  • Group sessions of breathing and other
  • mindfulness practices (meditation practice) 1:1 and group coaching to help manage stress, burn out, anxiety and exhaustion


These include mostly 50 minute online workshops on stress related topics.

Each workshop can be delivered stand alone, or in combination with additional workshops and/ or breathing sessions.

All workshops are tailored to your business and the individuals I’m talking to.

Bespoke workshops can be also created to meet your specific business needs.

Overcoming Uncertainty, Insecurity and Fear based Stress

In this workshop we cover:

  • How your body works in a state of insecurity, uncertainty and fear of the future
  • What kind of disadvantageous mechanisms this condition triggers in the brain
  • How you can counteract it
  • How to unlock your mindset potential to overcome negative thoughts
  • Introduction to the best practical tools

Unlock Your Inner Power and Highest Potential (80 min)

In this, strongly focused on practices, workshop we cover how to:

  • increase awareness of the body and mind’s biological response to stress,
  • draw strength from within, using specific tools,
  • increase motivation, enthusiasm and use of our highest potential, not only at work, but also in other areas of life,
  • activate rest and digest mode more, thus also gain more control over the challenges of life.

Group breathing and mindfulness sessions

  • Online group practices 3 mornings a week, for 10 minutes, to implement breathwork and mindfulness practices into your employees’ daily routine
  • The practices are to infuse calmness, while assisting with better concentration and focus
  • It is a perfect way to help your teams manage stress at work and at home with more ease, at the same time building resilience to stress longterm.
  • To see maximum results the minimum suggested time frame is 2 months
