Anger is at the base of each one of us.
The momentum of this incredible force (vegam) is triggered in us daily.
It is needed though to build up our inner strength
The practice is to try to rise above it through its recognition and acting upon it with kidness. That will build our inner power and self respect. Also it will not allow more vegam (anger momentum) to accumulate.

I can't believe you are so grown up already, my beautiful😍, but look at you with so much pride and love that the words can not express it. You have become an amazing young woman, beautiful in and out, kind, loving, wise, talented, caring and so driven. I admire you for your strength and courage that lead you to where you are now.
