OUR MINDFULNESS RETREATS
“During the retreat we completely immerse ourselves in the yogic practices and ancient teachings which help us connect to the auspiciousness of the present moment, the space where we get deeper experiences, and realisations, as well as a unique possibility to touch our true essence.
Throughout our retreats there are a few yoga sessions daily including mat practices, meditation practices, such as breath work, mindful walking and guided visualisations, suitable for all levels. Each class focuses on cultivating mindfulness to connect us deeper within.
You learn tools to reduce stress, increase awareness, and develop a deeper sense of presence in your daily life.
We believe that nourishing our bodies with healthy food is an essential part of our practice. Therefore, we provide three delicious vegetarian meals per day, sourced from local and seasonal ingredient.”
