I came to Kasia wanting to lose weight, this was honestly my only goal. What I gained from the Individual Programme was so much more than this. Kasia managed to help me focus far more holistically on all facets of my life, not just weight. It actually became far less of a focus for me, rather focussing on being happy in myself, physically, mentally and spiritually. And overall lowering stress levels. I have added a morning practice to my day which I find has a very positive impact on my day. Kasia talked me through the science behind breathwork and meditation and how much of a positive impact it has on the body which made a lot of sense to me. Kasia also helped me to think differently about food and gave me some delicious recipes and guidance on resetting which I’ve been able to add to my regular weekly diet. The most significant change for me was being able to be more in touch with my mind & body by looking at things holistically, which has had a positive impact on almost all areas of my life.

We had a lovely Yoga Retreat in India. The group was perfect. Kasia is a wonderful teacher and organizer of the entire tour. We supported each other on our yoga journey, embraced the warm climate, meditated to the soothing sound of the ocean, and individually dreamed and built plans to achieve our aspirations.
